Scott Hinkle

Scott Hinkle was born Jewish and raised on the Jersey Shore. He was a heroin addict and had his life transformed by Jesus Christ in a parking lot after hearing the testimony of a young man in a high school assembly.
Immediately, Scott began to tell others about Jesus Christ and was “drafted” by the Holy Spirit into a lifetime adventure of spreading the gospel.
Today, his direct and radical message has made an impact on America.
Along with his wife Nancy, they founded Scott Hinkle Outreach Ministries. In 1984, a grassroots revolution began through the National Street Ministries Conference/A Passion For Souls training thousands of workers, leaders, and pastors to share the gospel.
Scott is the author of two books and a former columnist for Charisma Magazine. He has served as a senior pastor and church planter. He developed and directed the 3rd Evangelism Major at CFNI. Beyond speaking in conferences, rallies, and outreaches they lead an annual evangelistic invasion of the Mardi Gras in New Orleans. Their ministry continually stretches across cultural, generational and social lines
Scott and Nancy have two children and are proud grandparents.
